• Responsible for bringing delinquent account to a current status in accordance with the term and conditions of the credit agreement.
• Manage delinquency and credit losses with in established benchmarks.
• Provide remedies for distressed customers who are willing to repay.
• Educate customers about the importance of paying on time and the effect of late payment will have on their credit record and future borrowing possibilities.
• Ensure that high quality customers services are offered to retain profitable customers.
